Rail Passengers Maryland (RPM) is the local chapter of the national Rail Passengers Association (RPA) in the Old Line State. To join our local group, you must be part of the national organization (RPA) and add a seperate Maryland membership to your account. The Maryland membership will be offered during enrollment.

Rail Passengers Maryland is led by a group of volunteers and dues to the Maryland Chapter are used solely for investments in our media platforms and the promotion of our mission in our region.
